Common questions
How do I sign in?
Enter your mobile number and we'll text you a 6-digit code. Enter the code to sign in. The app is for adults 21+ in Arizona.
How do I earn rewards points?
Snap a photo of your dispensary receipt showing a qualifying Big Cloud purchase. We read the receipt to award points automatically. Each receipt counts once.
How do I redeem a reward?
Rewards are redeemed in person by a budtender at a participating Arizona dispensary (at launch, Noble Herb in Flagstaff). Show your reward at checkout and the budtender applies the discount.
My receipt didn't add points — what do I do?
Make sure the photo is clear and shows the store name, date, and total. If it still doesn't work, email us with a copy of the receipt and we'll sort it out.
How do I stop the text messages?
Reply STOP to any marketing text to opt out, or HELP for help. You can opt back in anytime.
How do I delete my account?
Email info@budbrosofficial.com from the number on your account and ask us to delete it. See our Privacy Policy for details.
