This Privacy Policy explains what information the Bud Bros app and website collect, how we use it, and your choices. Bud Bros is for adults 21 and older in Arizona.
Information we collect
Account info: your first name and mobile phone number, provided when you sign up.
Receipt data: when you submit a receipt for points, we process the receipt image and the information read from it (such as store, date, items, and a transaction ID) to verify the purchase and prevent duplicate claims. The receipt image itself is not stored — it is read to extract that information and then discarded.
Activity: your points balance, rewards, and redemption history within the app.
How we use your information
To create and operate your account and verify your phone number.
To run the rewards program — award points, prevent fraud and duplicate receipts, and let you redeem rewards.
For marketing: we add your phone number to our marketing list to send recurring promotional text blasts (deals, drops, rewards, events). You consent to this at sign-up and can opt out any time by replying STOP. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of any purchase.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the app and the text-messaging program (for example, our SMS provider and our receipt-reading provider), and where required by law.
Your choices
Text messages: reply STOP to any marketing text to opt out, or HELP for help.
Account: contact us to access or delete your account information, subject to records we are required to keep.
Data retention & security
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to run the program and meet legal obligations, and we use reasonable measures to protect it.
